EXPERT PERSONNEL AND EXPERIENCE:
VIP TO GO™ has been in the high-end luxury and commercial restroom, shower and specialty trailer business since 1998. We have worked with top-notch mechanical engineers and with first-class design and manufacturing architects to custom design luxurious, lavish and comfortable units. We also own and operate one of the largest fleets of portable restroom rental and septic services in Upstate NY and beyond for over 13 years. Our employees are highly experienced in their respective fields. All this experience has taught us to work with each and every customer to their highest satisfaction.
That is also why we decided to establish a separate entity specifically to provide efficient and high-end trailers for when the event calls for more elegancy. We also have with our customers in mind when it comes to servicing, cleaning and maintaining our bathroom trailers and we could proudly say we are the best!
DIVERSE PRODUCT RENTAL LINE:
Our products range in size from compact 8 foot bumper pull trailers up to 53 foot semi units. We have trailers across the continental US, Canada, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands. Our trailer units are currently proudly displayed at over 60 different jobs most of them being serviced on a daily basis and the numbers are growing. You can choose from our large selection of standard layouts or we’ll custom build one to fit your rental needs. Our focus is to rent a quality product at a competitive price for long term.
RENTAL PROGRAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We offer a 24 hours customer service line and all of our employees are equipped with high tech 2-way communication devices to receive via email all requests and inquiries immediately, any time day or night. We currently have trailers in close proximity to any metro area so wherever you need them with minimum advance notice, we will provide them with confidence. To every commercial long term site we deliver our trailers to, we also fly in a representative with a set up agent to meet the driver and make sure it's set up properly and working to your satisfaction. Our waste tanks are built to take the highest usage capacity to minimize servicing and lower your cost. We also carry trailers with fresh water on board to accommodate all needs in places where there no water facilities. Our entire product is built with a commitment to quality and details and to insure that our products and our reputation will last a long time.
