You can enjoy a round of golf on the private 18-hole championship golf course, have a drink in the clubhouse, ride your bike on the biking trails, jog around the walking trails, take a dip in the pool, and take the kids to the park or playground.
Let’s see what could be missing. You put baby in the stroller, have the picnic packed, grab your toddlers hand and walk to the playground where you have planned a few hours of fun along with lunch for your little ones. You arrive the toddler is playing nearby; you get the picnic ready with baby on the blanket. Now, it is time to get lunch and the baby needs a diaper change. You look around and there are no restrooms or other facilities. Now, you must place baby back in the stroller with a soiled diaper, pack everything up, grab your toddlers hand who is screaming they don’t want to go, and walk all the way back home to change the diaper. At the next homeowner’s association meeting, you should definitely attend and speak your mind. All they association has to do is rent a few long-term luxury portable toilets and provide homeowners with the necessities they need while enjoying all the amenities.
