CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE DELIVERY:

  • Each trailer requires a garden hose with a minimum water pressure of 40psi and a flow rate of 5 gallons per minute.
  • Each trailer requires at least two independent and dedicated 20amp power circuits (no other power can draw on either circuit).
  • It is your responsibility to have the above items and that they are accessible to the trailer.
  • The location of the unit needs to be level and dry. Full access by a truck is required to service the unit/s.
  • These above items are to be ready when our service technicians arrive so they can connect the unit/s and get everything in working order before leaving the site.
  • Unit/s may need to be serviced daily during long events or depending on usage.
  • If water is not available on site you may rent from us a trailer with on board water supply.
  • If electric is not available on site we can provide you with generator for a small fee.
