We offer a 24 hours customer service line. In fact, all of our employees are equipped with high tech 2-way communication devices to receive, via email, all requests and inquiries immediately, any time, day or night.

VIP TO GO is wherever you need us, when you need us. We have trailers and personnel near most metro areas so wherever you a bathroom trailer we will provide it with confidence, even with minimal notice. Every time we deliver trailers to long term commercial sites we also fly in a representative with a set-up agent to meet the driver and make sure the trailer is set-up properly and working to your satisfaction. We also provide free site-walks with all rentals to help you with proper event planning.

Our waste tanks are built with the highest usage capacity to minimize servicing and lower your cost. We also carry trailers with fresh water on board to accommodate places where there are no water hook-ups, and generators when there is no electricity. Our entire product line is built with a commitment to quality and details, and to ensure your satisfaction so that our reputation will last a long time.
